Since 2012 we've run every project with the same discipline: we first understand your product, then design, manufacture, test and commission the machine around it on your line.
Every project starts on site.
We examine your product, packaging type, target speed and the space where the machine will be installed, on site. We look at what comes before and after the line, factoring in bottlenecks, operator flow and future capacity growth from the start.

We design the machine around your product.
We design the mechanical construction, pneumatics, electrical panel and PLC software within the same team. Grippers, feeding and guiding equipment are developed specifically for your product, and the layout plan is submitted for your approval.

We manufacture in Denizli.
Chassis, frame and support structures are manufactured in our workshop, using motors, drives, sensors and control equipment proven in the field. Critical dimensions and connections are checked before assembly.

Before delivery, we run it with your own product.
The machine is assembled in the workshop, its electrical and software systems are commissioned, and whenever possible it's trialed with your own product. Speed, wrapping, placement and safety functions are set under real conditions, so it ships ready for the field.
